1. 30-DAY RETURN POLICY

CORDERRA offers a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered.

To request a return, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. The item should be returned in accordance with the return instructions provided by our customer support team.

This 30-day return policy is offered in addition to, and does not replace or limit, any statutory cancellation or consumer rights you may have under applicable UK law.

For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for arranging and paying the direct cost of return shipping, where permitted by law.

We do not charge a restocking fee.

RETURN CONDITION

You may inspect and try on an item as you would in a physical shop. Please take reasonable care of the product while it is in your possession.

Items should be returned with their original packaging, tags and accessories where reasonably possible. We may make a deduction from the refund where permitted by law if the value of the goods has been reduced because of handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

DAMAGED, FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, faulty, not as described or you receive the wrong product, contact us as soon as possible so we can review the issue and provide an appropriate solution.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights in relation to faulty or misdescribed goods.

REFUNDS

Where a refund is due, it will be issued to your original payment method in accordance with applicable law.

For eligible cancellations, we will refund the price paid and any standard delivery charge that must be refunded by law. If you selected a more expensive delivery method, such as Express Shipping, any refund of delivery charges may be limited to the cost of our standard delivery option.

Once we issue a refund, your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process and display it in your account.

RETURN SHIPPING

For change-of-mind returns, you may be responsible for the direct cost of returning the item where permitted by law and where this was disclosed to you before purchase.
